Description
The toilet paper production process consists of the following steps: first the waste paper is put into the hydraulic pulper for beating and deinking, and then the pulp is poured into the pulp pool. Then, the pulp is extracted from the pulp pool by the pulp pump and screened through the high-frequency vibrating screen to remove debris. After screening, the pulp is returned to the slurry tank, and is lifted into the rinsing machine through the slurry pump for cleaning and bleaching. The bleached pulp is returned to the pulp pool and fed into the pulp mill by the pulp pump to make the pulp more fine. After grinding, the pulp is returned to the slurry tank and lifted into the sand table through the slurry pump to remove impurities and produce pure pulp. The pure pulp is lifted into the stable pulp box through the sand removal pump, and then flows into the mesh tank after adjusting the concentration. Then the pulp is carried into the dryer through the mesh cage and the blanket to dry and form the toilet paper roll. In the manufacturing process, in order to make the toilet paper look more "clean", some fluorescent whitening agents are added. According to national standards, the brightness (whiteness) limit in toilet paper should not exceed 88%.
